Qualifications

Epic Practice Director
Epic Practice Director
Responsibilities
We are hiring two full time Epic Practice Directors- one for revenue cycle applications and one for clinical applications to join the HealthTech Systems leadership team. In these roles, the candidates will collaborate with the customer operations team and executive leadership, to oversee Epic implementation, optimization, and strategic projects – across revenue, clinical, and enterprise. These fast paced and dynamic positions requires highly motivated and passionate consultants. You should have the ability to take on various roles, such as senior project manager, director or interim executive, to oversee teams in the field to ensure project completion.
As a Practice Director you will oversee/create project scope, budget, timeline as well as identify additional opportunities during a project. You will mentor and drive employee’s professional development and assist strategic teams to develop service offerings and drive revenue. You will be the subject matter expert who will assist the sales team by assessing client needs and presenting to prospective clients.
Work is remote but you should be willing to travel to client sites as needed.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience as healthcare executive or medical professional
- 3+ years overseeing Epic projects as director or above with full-cycle Epic implementation
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills

- Previous consulting experience
- Epic certification(s) is a plus

Responsibilities
- Function as Epic subject matter expert and demonstrates a broad spectrum of operational expertise across multiple areas
- Serve as the Epic technical and analytical resource supporting processes, systems, and workflows
- Understand and create improvement methodologies around processes and procedures
- Complete assessments by reviewing current operations and reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify additional revenue opportunities
- Analyze and communicate financial and operational data to clients for decision-making and strategic planning
- Manage and execute project plans to ensure they are within budget and scope
- Manage and direct support staff on projects to prioritize work tasks, ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, and ensure high quality output is delivered

As a Sales Executive, you will partner with the leadership team to drive staffing and services sales through the entire sales life-cycle – cold calling/prospecting, lead generation, presentations, negotiations, client meetings, relationship building, deal closing, and customer satisfaction. You will develop a territory coverage strategy to include all assigned accounts. Be a bridge between the client managers and SME’s/senior management at HealthTech Systems to seek avenues to penetrate and attract prospective clients. Work with HealthTech Systems practice directors to run sales and marketing campaigns at your assigned accounts and ensure timely follow-ups. Participate in industry networking events to generate new leads and build professional relationships. Assist in improving the quality of data in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 2+ years’ recruiting / sales / business development / account management experience in the IT staffing/consulting industry (Experienced IT staffing recruiters or account managers who want to transition to sales are welcome to apply!)
- Healthcare IT recruiting/sales experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to interact with C-level Executives, Directors, and Managers
- Must have excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified talent, both active and passive, for specific job orders across the country by cold calling, posting on job boards, and utilizing social networks.
You will become a relationship builder bridging and maintaining candidate relationships, and building a pipeline of candidates for future considerations. You will play a lead role in supporting sales initiatives by identifying candidates for strategic projects.
Using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), you will format, document candidate resumes, as well as handle all candidate interactions including salary negotiation, interview scheduling etc.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of IT staffing recruiting experience.
- Must be highly motivated, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to make a large number of calls in a day when needed.
- Must be able to source from various sources like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
- Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and the Internet.
